HOSTING CHURCHES/CITIES RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Hosting churches/cities will work with Community/Regional Prayer Summit Coordinator to make contacts with:
 
• State/City officials
• Congressmen/Congresswomen
• Other City/County Leaders
• Small Business Owners
• School Officials
 

Contacts to make:
 
• Mayor
 
• States Attorney
 
• Police Chief
 
• Fire Chief
 
• Senator for that District
 
• Congressmen/Congresswomen
 
• State Representative for that District
 
• Superintendent of Schools
 
• Aldermen
 
• City Council Members
 
• Small Business Owners
 
Time line for contacting:
Initial contact should be 8 weeks before summit
follow up as needed
 
Next contact for confirmation 4 weeks before summit
follow up as needed
